HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN?

Have you forgotten the terror and disbelief of that morning?  I haven’t.  As I frantically tried to reach friends who worked in the World Trade Center and lived just blocks from there.  By the grace of God my friend and his wife were ok, but thousands of others lost their lives that day.

Please remember how precious each day is and this Memorial Day; please remember the ultimate sacrifice that our Men and Women in the military, police, firefighters and EMT’s make to protect us and keep us safe.

God Bless America, Our Troops and Service men and women.

My personal thanks to all those who keep us safe both at home and abroad.  May you return home safely to your families.

Capitalism is a social system based on the recognition of individual rights, including property rights, in which all property is privately owned.

We will have a very difficult time ahead if we have any hope of saving a free market system in this country. It will take grass roots education about Capitalism and the fallacy of this market downfall being due simply to ‘capitalist greed’ instead of well intentioned but poorly planned government regulations. Scream it from the roof tops: “FREE MARKET!  FREE MARKET! FREE MARKET!”

It will not matter how much money you throw at the problem. That will never fix this.  Investors will not come back into the market to create JOBS and NEW BUSINESSES until they are sure their capital will not be attacked. Cut and hold capital gains and cut corporate taxes (which just end up being passed on to consumers in price).

What the Stimulus WILL accomplish, without a doubt, is ultimately INFLATION and a devaluation of the dollar. 

Before the Stimulus was passed you could have just said that you would hold the capital gains tax, that’s all the investors wanted to hear to come back into the market.  But now…they also want to know the Government isn’t planning on taking over their company or work product through over regulation.

What happened to small government and lower taxes?!

There is a growing movement and many reasons for this. I'll have to expand on that later. Last, for now anyway, we can correct the shortfall in Health insurance in this country easily without turning it over to the government ~ as we all know anything the government tries to do they DO WRONG! but alas, more on this later too ;)
